Deck Replacement
Replace the worn surface or rebuild the full deck, based on the condition of the existing frame.

Most decks we replace look worse under the boards than on top. We assess the framing, ledger connection, flashing, posts, and footings before we quote — and if the structure is failing, we say so.
When the existing frame is structurally sound, replacement may be limited to the deck surface, fascia, and railings. When it is not, we rebuild the structure correctly from the ground up.
A full replacement lets you fix the issues that shortened the last deck's life: better flashing, correct fasteners, updated railings, and a low-maintenance surface designed for Massachusetts weather.
Problems this solves
- Rot, soft boards, structural movement
- Old pressure-treated deck at end of life
- Ledger or flashing failures
Best for
Homes with a deck that is 15+ years old, unsafe, or too far gone to resurface.
